TAC Seeks Consultant with Substance Use Systems Experience

TAC is seeking to hire an individual with expertise in system design and financing for the substance use population for possible full-time work or on a subcontract basis. Knowledge of Medicaid, block grant and other financing strategies, managed care approaches, the Affordable Care Act, and best practices in program design are a must. Must have experience designing, implementing and administering substance use programs, and should have strong data analysis, writing, verbal and presentation skills. The candidate will help develop TAC's consulting business for substance abuse systems, and will manage and support various consulting contracts and project work in states across the country in coordination with TAC Senior Consultants.
