SUPPORTIVE HOUSING NETWORK OF NEW YORK
Supportive Housing Network of New York
TAC has provided consultation to the Supportive Housing Network of New York (SHNNY), the statewide trade organization for supportive housing providers in New York State, on Medicaid-financed services for people living in permanent supportive housing. TAC worked with SHNNY leadership to assess the implications of changes to Medicaid at the state level under health reform and the potential application of current and future Medicaid benefits to people living in supportive housing. TAC also assisted SHNNY to examine the implications of Olmstead and related litigation in New York State for supportive housing providers and for future expansion of permanent supportive housing within the state.
