MASSHEALTH DELIVERY SYSTEM REFORM INCENTIVE PAYMENT (DSRIP) TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

Since 2018, TAC has been an approved vendor under the MassHealth Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Technical Assistance (TA) program. As the single state agency responsible for administering Massachusetts’ Medicaid program, MassHealth within the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is responsible for the administration of an 1115 Medicaid Demonstration, including the DSRIP program. With DSRIP, EOHHS strives to improve both quality and efficiency through innovative service delivery that promotes enhanced care coordination and integration. Under the DSRIP TA program, TAC is approved to provide TA to Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and Community Partners (CPs) contracted with EOHHS to provide care and services for MassHealth members. Our TA is provided in four pre-defined domains - Care Coordination/Integration, Community-Based Care and Social Determinants of Health, Consumer Engagement, and Performance Improvement – with the goal of strengthening ACO and CP capacity to improve health outcomes and reduce costs.
