TAC has assisted the Annie E. Casey Foundation's Evidence2Success initiative to develop strategies which leverage Medicaid funding to support youth and families involved with child welfare and juvenile justice systems. Evidence2Success is a framework to guide public investment in proven programs for children and youth by strengthening partnerships among public systems, schools, and communities. TAC is providing expertise in Medicaid financing to increase capacity to integrate multiple funding streams into a coordinated approach to finance and sustain evidence-based programs.
