TAC provides consultation and training to state Medicaid, disability, and mental health agencies on implementing and financing employment services for people with disabilities.
TAC’s specific expertise includes:
- Helping behavioral health providers successfully incorporate peer specialists into teams and workplaces
- Working with government and provider agencies to identify financing sources for employment programs and supports
- Strategic planning with state and county mental health authorities on employment roles for people with serious mental illness (SMI) throughout the continuum of services
