Opening Doors is a publication of TAC and the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (CCD) Housing Task Force that provides housing information for the disability community. This issue highlights key federal housing policy issues that may be relevant to the Olmstead decision, including several housing programs that can be used to facilitate the development of housing for people with disabilities who are leaving institutions or who are at-risk of being institutionalized.
