CMS’ New Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) Rule: What it Means for States & Providers

This brief developed by TAC discusses the implications to states of new Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) requirements issued by the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for eligible settings and person-centered planning.
