Webinar on Implementation of the Medicaid HCBS Settings Rule
On Friday, October 30, 2015, the Disability and Aging Collaborative, a coalition of national aging and disability organizations working together to advance long-term services and supports policy, will host a webinar which will provide an update on the status on implementation of the Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Settings rule. Provided will be an analysis of state implementation plans submitted to the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and emerging themes for aging and disability advocates. Speakers will also discuss ongoing opportunities for consumer engagement and available resources and tools for state advocates. Speakers include:
