On Monday, September 28, 2015, TAC Senior staff will present two sessions at the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) Annual Conference in Nashville, TN. Senior Housing Associate Jim Yates will co-present a session titled Getting Ready for the Housing Trust Fund (HTF), which will cover thelatest on HTF allocation plans and how to comply with HTF program requirements in order to prepare participants to get ready to use this new resource once available.  TAC Executive Director Kevin Martone will co-present a session titled Complying With Olmstead, during which participants will hear aboutrecent enforcement actions and settlement decrees in states as a result of the U.S. Supreme Court Olmstead decision, and how states are complying including strategies for financing integrated housing.
