TAC is seeking to hire an individual with expertise in Medicaid financing and program design for mental health and substance use disorders. Knowledge of Medicaid state plan and waiver services, managed care strategies, the Affordable Care Act, best practices in program design and financing, government programs and the diverse needs of people with mental illness and substance use disorders are a must. The candidate will manage and support various consulting contracts and project work in states across the country in coordination with TAC Senior Consultants. The candidate must have experience collecting, managing, and analyzing data, and strong writing, verbal and presentation skills.
