TAC Releases Brief on CMS’ New Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) Rule
The Community Integration Center at TAC (CICTAC) has released a new brief, CMS' New Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) Rule: What it Means for States & Providers, that discusses the implications to states of new HCBS requirements for eligible settings and person-centered planning.
