On Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 2:00pm EST, the National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) and the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law will present on the new Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) settings rule and its implications for mental health services provided under Medicaid. States are currently developing transition plans to bring their Medicaid HCBS systems into compliance with the new rule and the webinar will discuss those plans and how the mental health community can become involved in the transition planning process. Presenters will include Alison Barkoff, Director of Advocacy at the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law, and Elizabeth Priaulx, Senior Disability Legal Specialist at NDRN.
