On March 28th, 2014, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) announced the six Continuums of Care (CoCs) that were awarded targeted SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery Technical Assistance (SOAR TA) for 2014.  The CoCs awarded include:

• Long Beach, CA
• San Francisco, CA
• Big Bend, FL
• Suburban Cook County, IL
• Fort Worth/Arlington/Tarrant County, TX
• Mountainland and Balance of State, UT

SOAR TA staff will work with each CoC lead to attend a leadership academy, organize a strategic planning forum and implement SOAR in their communities.
