TAC is pleased to announce the appointment of three highly skilled and experienced professionals to TAC's multi-disciplinary consulting team.

Kevin Martone, LSW, is TAC's new Director of Behavioral Health and the former New Jersey Department of Human Services Deputy Commissioner over mental health and substance abuse services. Kevin was also recently President for the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors. He has 20 years of experience in executive level leadership at the national, state government and non-profit levels and is an expert in public mental health and substance abuse administration as well as permanent supportive housing.

Patti Holland, MS, CRC, is a new TAC Senior Associate with 25 years experience working to advance recovery oriented services and systems, with an emphasis on permanent supportive housing, rehabilitation and evidence-based practices. Patti has held leadership positions in prominent non-profit and governmental organizations in Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia.

Kyia Watkins has also joined TAC's consulting team as the Coordinator of TAC's Supportive Services for Veterans Families contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This project will deliver technical support to 85 non-profit community organizations working to prevent and end homelessness among veterans and their families.
