As part of the announcement of more than $15 million in awards for supportive housing, the State of Massachusetts recently released Building on Success, a status report of the year two accomplishments of the Commonwealth’s Interagency Supportive Housing Steering Committee and Working Group, which is co-chaired by the Secretaries of Housing and Economic Development and Health and Human Services and has benefited from TAC’s consulting expertise. The report celebrates the accomplishment of Governor Patrick’s goal to create 1,000 new units of PSH across the Commonwealth by December 2015 - a goal that has been far surpassed a year ahead of schedule.
