New Changes to HUD CoC and ESG Program Implementation
Over the past several months, a few changes have been made in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Continuum of Care (CoC) program and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) program. These changes are intended to help providers operate the programs more effectively and with less administrative burden, and include permanent authorization for nonprofits to administer CoC-awarded rental assistance (instead of having to request re-authorization annually).
