The National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) is holding its 2014 Annual Conference and Showplace in Boston this year on October 18-21. This is NCSHA's largest member event of the year, bringing Housing Finance Agency (HFA) and affiliate members together for networking, educational sessions, and roundtable discussions.

TAC is hosting a resource table in the showplace gallery at the conference. In addition, the Director of TAC's Community Support Initiative, Marti Knisley, will participate in two sessions Monday afternoon:

• Integrated Housing: An Olmstead Discussion - which will cover states' progress in complying with the Olmstead decision 15 years after the Supreme Court's ruling, reviewing the decision and its housing implications, as well as state Olmstead plans and models.

• Understanding Medicaid Options for Accessing Services - which will discuss Medicaid's role in funding community-based services and how it relates to supportive housing. Attendees will learn about Medicaid's Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) final rule and Medicaid waiver options.
