TAC and its partner Abt Associates provide VA-funded technical assistance for the SSVF Program which provides supportive service grants to community-based nonprofit organizations to help veterans and their families stay in their homes. To date, the program has assisted more than 28,000 veterans and their families to prevent or rapidly end homelessness. For more information on SSVF, visit the VA's SSVF Program Webpage.

The NAEH webinar discussed program design considerations, the SSVF application process, and tips for successful applications. It was targeted to organizations that are looking for a new funding source including previous HUD Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program (HPRP) grantees, as well as organizations who have applied for SSVF funding in the past.
