Kevin Martone to Present on Olmstead Planning at Nebraska State Behavioral Health Conference
TAC Executive Director Kevin Martone will be presenting a workshop session on "the ABC's of Olmstead Planning" at this week's Nebraska Behavioral Health Conference in Lincoln, Nebraska. The workshop, which will take place on Wednesday, May 21, will provide background information on the U.S. Supreme Court's 1999 Olmstead decision, and will include discussion of the various types of activities that are involved in Olmstead planning, and the types of information contained in Olmstead Plans, as well as what a planning process could look like in Nebraska.
