TAC's Executive Director, Kevin Martone, co-presented a session at this year's National Council for Community Behavioral Health (NCCBH) Annual Conference with Andrew Sperling from the National Alliance on Mental Illness. The session titled "What's New in Housing Policy?'" addressed imporant overalps between housing policy and behavioral health system issues and included discussion of the implementation and future of HUD's Section 811 Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities Program, the new Medicaid Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) setting rule, Medicaid policy related to housing, HUD guidance on Olmstead, and the alignment between Olmstead and homelessness policy.
