On June 24, 2013, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced a relaunch of the HealthCare.gov website, which includes new educational tools for consumers, small business and health care advocates.  The website includes information on state exchanges, coverage options and how to apply for insurance through the new health marketplace. 

The website is available in English and a Spanish website is available at CuidadoDeSalud.gov. A toll free hotline is available 24 hours per day to provide information to consumers in English and Spanish.  Beginning October 1, 2013, consumers will be able to get assistance in choosing a plan and applying for health insurance through the website as well as the hotline.  Translators will be available through the hotline in 150 languages to ensure that all consumers have access to information about their health care options.
