CMS Publishes Chart to Track HCBS Rule Transition Plans
The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has created a chart to track state and federal progress on the approval of Statewide Transition Plans (STPs) as required under CMS' final home and community-based services (HCBS) rule. While chart information on many states is still being filled in as states and CMS are early in this process, included are columns for state-submitted STPs, public comments on those plans, CMS responses and plan approvals, and approved plans.
