CMS Releases Final HCBS Toolkit Elements

The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released the final elements of its Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) toolkit to help states comply

with HCBS regulation requirements. The new elements of the toolkit include exploratoryquestions to assist states in assessing residential and non-residential HCBS settings andthe HCBS Final Regulations (42 CRF Part 441) Q & A regarding HCBS settings.
