Bazelon Releases New Report on Using the ACA to Expand Supportive Housing

The Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law has released a new report titled "When Opportunity Knocks: How the Affordable Care Act Can Help States Develop Supported Housing for People with Mental Illnesses."  The report discusses how the Affordable Care Act (ACA) provides tools for states to expand supportive housing, in addition to helping them comply with the requirements of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and its integration mandate for people with disabilities.
