TAC Senior Policy Advisor and Co-Founder Ann O'Hara will present today at a Special Research Briefing hosted by the National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) titled "Achieving Deep Affordability in an Age of Fewer Vouchers." The briefing is an opportunity to hear about and discuss NLIHC's Alignment Project, which examines how to better match existing federal housing resources with need and how some developers are achieving deep affordability without relying on vouchers. With the potential of revenue for the National Housing Trust Fund coming soon, it is hoped the briefing will spark advocates and developers to think "out-of-the-box" and develop innovative solutions for solving the housing shortage for extremely low-income households. Ms. O'Hara will be joined by NLIHC Research Director, Megan Bolton and NLIHC Research Analyst, Elina Bravve.
