New Policy Brief on Olmstead, ACA Released
In January 2014, Abt Associates sponsored a webinar featuring nationally recognized speakers, including TAC's Executive Director Kevin Martone, who addressed the opportunities and challenges posed by the U.S. Supreme Court's Olmstead decision and the Affordable Care Act (ACA). As a follow-up to the webinar, Abt recently released a policy brief, "The Intersection of Housing Policy and Health: Olmstead is the Mandate, Affordable Care Act the Opportunity", which highlights themes raised during the webinar and in the policy arena.
