TAC provides policy and advocacy leadership on affordable and permanent supportive housing and health and human services issues affecting very low-income people with disabilities and people who are homeless.
Using all available federal data, TAC has developed a comprehensive database of vouchers targeted to people with disabilities and other special needs.
The Technical Assistance Collaborative is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping our nation’s human services, health care, homelessness, and affordable housing systems implement policies and practices that empower people to live healthy, independent lives in the communities they choose.
This manual is a tool that can be used by any individual or group who is considering developing a new psychiatric crisis service delivery system, expanding an existing crisis service system, or improving the effectiveness of an existing system. (2005)
