Priced Out is a series of housing publications created as a joint effort by the TAC and the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (CCD) Housing Task Force. Priced Out is published every two years to bring attention to the nation's housing affordability crisis facing people with disabilities. By comparing HUD Fair Market Rents (FMRs) with the monthly income an individual with a disability receives from the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program one can easily determine whether a single adult receiving SSI can obtain affordable housing in the each rental housing market across the nation.
