TAC provides policy and advocacy leadership on affordable and permanent supportive housing and health and human services issues affecting very low-income people with disabilities and people who are homeless.
Using all available federal data, TAC has developed a comprehensive database of vouchers targeted to people with disabilities and other special needs.

On February 25, 2013, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) published a Final Rule to amend the regulations concerning the VA's Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem (GPD) Program. This rulemaking updates and improves the clarity of these regulations, and implements and authorizes new VA policies.
The final rule is effective March 27, 2013.
