TAC is seeking applicants for five family partner and five care coordinator coach positions as part of the Massachusetts Children's Behavioral Health Initiative. Coaches will provide ongoing consultation, technical support and peer to peer learning opportunities to the staff of the Community Service Agencies (CSA) in the Wraparound model of care coordination. In order to apply, applicants must be currently employed by a CSA in a supervisory or administrative role and have prior direct experience providing Wraparound care coordination or family partner services. Applications are due by April 12, 2013.
