SAMHSA Grants for Primary & Behavioral Health Care Integration

The U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Center for Mental Health Services is accepting applications for FY 2015 Primary and Behavioral Health Care Integration (PBHCI) grants. The purpose of this program is to provide coordinated and integrated services through the co-location of primary and specialty care medical services in community-based behavioral health settings, with the goal of improving the physical health status of adults with serious mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders who have or are at risk for co-morbid primary care conditions and chronic diseases.

The deadline for applications is February 27, 2015.
