On April 15, 2013, SAMHSA announced the 11 Continuums of Care (CoCs) that wereawarded technical assistance (TA) through the SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access and Recovery (SOAR) for People who are Homeless Initiative for 2013. The CoCs awarded include:

Alabama: Mobile Baldwin
Arkansas: Northwest
California: City of Pasadena
Colorado: Colorado Springs/Homeward Pikes Peak
Florida: Volusia-Flagler County Coalition for the Homeless
Illinois: Heartland (Springfield/Sangamon County)
Massachusetts: Cape and Islands Regional Network
Mississippi: Balance of State
Texas: El Paso Coalition for the Homeless
Virginia: Petersburg
Washington: Cowlitz County

SOAR TA Center staff will be contacting each CoC lead to begin planning a kick-off call and initial planning meeting that will take place in August or September.
