The Employment Strategies for Low-Income Adults Evidence Review is a resource to help practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and the general public assess the effectiveness of programs designed to improve the employment-related outcomes of low-income adults.

Under contract to the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation in the Administration for Children and Families, Mathematica Policy Research systematically reviewed the literature on the effectiveness of such programs. The online review database offers key findings for several different kinds of programs serving specific populations, and includes a rating system to indicate the strength of each article’s evidence.
