TAC provides policy and advocacy leadership on affordable and permanent supportive housing and health and human services issues affecting very low-income people with disabilities and people who are homeless.
Using all available federal data, TAC has developed a comprehensive database of vouchers targeted to people with disabilities and other special needs.

On August 30, 2011, HUD's Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS) published the FY 2011 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance Programs.
The NOFA makes available approximately $1.63 billion for the CoC Homeless Assistance Programs. Applications must be submitted through e-snaps by October 28, 2011.
